SoundProof Legal is a product of West River Data Systems LLC. We believe that legal professionals should not have to choose between convenience and confidentiality.
We do not collect, transmit, or store your audio files, video files, or transcripts. All processing happens locally on your device using Apple's CoreML and Neural Engine technologies.
The SoundProof Legal application functions 100% offline. It does not require an internet connection to perform transcription, diarization, or OCR. The application makes no outbound network calls to our servers or third-party APIs during the processing of your data.
The application does not use third-party analytics trackers (like Google Analytics or Mixpanel) that monitor your usage behavior inside the app. Apple may collect anonymous crash data if you have opted-in to share analytics with developers via your system-wide macOS settings.
This website may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand visitor traffic. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
